There are many ab workout machines out there but I highly recommend a swiss ball. Because not only will you work on your core, most of these exercises tend to use all muscle groups which will bring you extra benefits as well as flexibility, which is very important for your swing because your core is the engine room and needs to rotate during the golf swing.
